An Amazing Performance
The Ohio State Marching Band is one of the best in the country and has been for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately many of you who watch football are not aware of this. The talent that it takes to put on show after show, game after game and to know that even at a bowl game you will probably be usurped and never will be appreciated by the general public.. and yet they continue to put on shows like this..

Marching Bands all over this country will always be second fiddle to football---which is really, really sad. I mean, it is the band's field, right?

I go to football games for the band. Can you tell I'm a band mom?
Me too Lin.. but I was taught right. Way back when I was a kid and we were super sports fans.. no musical instruments around.. we were watching the Rose Bowl and my Dad said.. this game is going to be so awesome.. not only are they two great football teams playing BUT for the halftime they have the two best bands in the country!
